The annual Junior Student Convention (JSC) is one of the opportunities for our elementary-aged students to show their God-given talents and unleash their potentials. This competition requires discipline in preparation in obedience to God's command -- "And let us run with patience the race that is set before us" (Hebrews 12:1) and therefore helps build character and develop leadership. Students who actively participate in JSC learn valuable life lessons like increasing resilience, maintaining the right attitude, connecting with others, exercising flexibility, and managing strong feelings. PCST counts it an honor to train young children in both social skills and spiritual development.
